Ron came to quote us on adding a granny flat to our backyard that we had been planning for years. From the moment we met him we felt at ease, very down to earth and friendly. The building commenced mid last year and was completed in approx 3 months. Every step of the way Ron was there, he always had all the contractors flowing . We have just had our home renovated by Clarke Custom Homes and can’t speak loudly enough about the professional service we have received.Ron Clarke has always been very professional with us. He is very communicative and maintains a clear and informative dialog with us during the renovation of our property. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and any issues that have arisen during the renovation have been addressed.Ron is very particular about the quality of work completed with all work being completed to a high standard.The timeframe for our renovation was originally estimated to be 4 months. We moved back into the house four and a half months later. We had a two week delay because of COVID and shortage of materials.All sub-contractors used by Ron have been similarly professional and approachable.Lee, Ron’s offsider, has a similar work ethic to Ron.We are very happy with the service we have received from Clarke Custom Homes and recommend them for any work needed to be done.

We appointed Ron and his team at Clarke Custom Homes to completely refurbish our apartment. It was a full scale project and being on the 4th floor had considerable challenges. Ron took every challenge in his stride from consulting with and gaining approval from Strata to being mindful of the other occupiers of the complex. Respect was shown at all times and the common property areas left in a tidy and clean condition at the end of each day.From the early stages of the process Ron understood our concerns and once the project commenced he was there every step of the way. As we had never embarked on a project of this size and complexity before it was a great help that Ron listened, explained and offered many suggestions and solutions which added to our peace of mind. No sleepless nights for us!Ron has exceptional communication skills, always returning telephone calls and keeping us up to date on the “next steps”. He operates in a quiet and unflappable manner and goes the extra mile or two. The workmanship of his team of trades was never short of professional and skilful and they always demonstrated pride in their work.
