We have just finished construction of our home with Innova, and so pleased to be in our dream home.We engaged with Innova after tendering our custom home build to a panel, and whilst similar in costs, we selected Innova for a number of reasons.We interviewed Mike, and at the meeting, Mike came across as very genuine and honest, down to earth and interested in our project. After this meeting, we met Mike on site at several homes that were almost near completion, and whist Mike was showing us around the houses, his passion for construction really resinated with us, he was very open and honest with his take on certain elements of each house, and pointed things out where the client's own trades had not completed to his standard, but yet he took ownership to try and resolve on behalf of the client to ensure that the project was delivered. these walk through with Mike, were our deciding factor on choosing Innova.From signing the contract, going through prestart, the interior designer, Innova demonstrated over and over, that they were willing to work with us to achieve the best quality build. No request for quotes, amendments, variations, questions, clarification were ever too much trouble. They gave us the time we needed to decide on almost every specification, and if we hadn't made a decision, they explained the importance of doing so not to delay the project, which made us feel involved in the project and not rushed in making selection decisions, which we may regret down the track.Everyone in the Innova team, including Prestart, Accounts, Cost Estimates, Construction Manager, everyone was friendly, supportive and really made the process run smoothly for 1st time builders.Our neighbours had no complaints about Innova or any trade that worked on site, we had a neighbour that requested that no trucks / cars be parked on the path as there; and as promised by Innova - the path was always kept free. The site was always clean, which is a reflection of the quality trades that worked with Innova.Throughout the construction process, Innova were accommodating to any trades that we had organised to access the site including pool and AC, and in the lead up to handover we were able to have carpet and blinds installed to assist in a turnkey house build. This was a relief and meant we can lock in certain aspects and move in with a fully completed house.We have been in our house for about a month, and of the few minor issues that we have had; Innova have been very responsive and had them resolved very quickly.We have thoroughly enjoyed the construction of our home, and we said we would only do it once for our forever home; however we enjoyed it so much we may consider doing it soon. This is largely due to Innova. If you are looking for a custom home builder, who is honest, reliable, willing to work with you to build a quality home on time and on budget, we would highly recommend Innova.
